There are about 10 free parking spaces next to the shop. Please feel free to come by car.

We serve skewered shumai and more at the counter. Takeout of the Karamen itself is not currently available.

You can freely choose from 13 spice levels, from no-spice (Machimusume) to Lv.9 (Rōjū). Lv.10 and above are part of the rank-up system.

Yes. "Machimusume (no spice)" has zero heat. It's enjoyable for children and anyone who prefers milder food.

It's a one-of-a-kind Chinese-style noodle, co-developed with a local noodle maker and kneaded with Kanuma konjac. A thin noodle that clings to the broth, with a gentler impact on blood sugar than regular wheat noodles.

We use absolutely no MSG. The flavor comes from Tochigi Shamo chicken broth, house-made koji, and pure-brewed soy sauce.

Please consult our staff about allergies when you visit. We cannot guarantee a complete response, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Choose from three: Original, Tomato (+¥80), and Miso (+¥80).

An extreme-spice challenge where finishing the bowl, broth and all, within a 15-minute time limit makes it completely free. The regular price is ¥3,000.

Anyone can try, regardless of age or gender. However, please refrain if you are unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, or a child.

It's a rank-up system based on spice levels. Machimusume (no spice) through Rōjū (Lv.9) can be freely chosen. From Shogun (Lv.10) up, it's a promotion system: those who finish Rōjū can challenge the next level. Finish to rank up; fail and you drop one rank.

Those who reach Tenkabito (Lv.12) will have their name engraved in the "Warabe Hall of Fame" (details to be announced after opening).

It's our sister shop, about a 1-minute walk from Warabe. An organic specialty coffee shop on Ginza-dori in Kanuma; mutual coupons are planned.

There is a glass-walled roastery at the back of the shop, and you can watch the roasting from your seat. With the right timing, you can feel the roaster at work up close while enjoying your Karamen.
